enable/disable fields for author and assigned user

It would be very useful if is is not only possible to enable or disable fields for roles, but also for the user who initially created the issue or the user who is assigned at the moment

Sorry just i've said on other issue i'm actually busy so i can't make your request, but this can be interresting. Actually i don't know how to make this but with some documentation it's probably possible. Hope i have time to make it later.
