Railway alternatives

I stumbled upon a Railway alternative that looks to be a lot bigger and further developed:

render.com

Not a priority to switch, but good to have options in our back pocket, if Railway gives us trouble.

One nice thing is that it has easy to add postgres read replicas, which could be helpful for scaling.

I also found another one called fly.io. It doesn't seem as big, but allows the creation of highly available postgres clusters, which is even better for scaling.
