outdated dependency for russian-text-stresser

Thank you for developing this tool. "russian-text-stresser @ git+https://github.com/Vuizur/add-stress-to-epub" dependency is outdated and not installable in python3.12.2. I'll be using this tool as a Turkish text-to-speech tool. Therefore, I don't need Russian support. Can I remove this dependency? Will that be a problem?

I also removed it to get the new chatterbox model running at least. Just remove the import, the method that uses it and the if else clause that uses the method that is removed and it's fine.
