demo02 has lot of noise, and Animation is delayed further than 200ms!

hi , i am tying to run the demo 02 but has lot of echos and the sound is distorted. and the animation is not working (only show the empty window) when it runs , it shows: warnings.warn("PySoundFile failed. Trying audioread instead.") Loaded the voice encoder model on cpu in 0.01 seconds. Animation is delayed further than 200ms!

can anyone please help?
