Add pip installation instructions to the README

The most common way to install Python packages is via pip, a package manager.

The README explains how to compile Python bindings, but it would be helpful if it explained how to install via pip, or what stanza I need to add to setup.py or requirements.txt in order to install this library.

Thanks!
