Refutation cases

Is there any syntax for refutation cases? Or is that planned?

I don't have a specific need for it at the moment. It's only come up for me while experimenting.

I partially asked just to make sure I'm not missing something. However, it seems like it would be a relatively simple syntax to implement. (Perhaps a naïve assumption on my part?)
