Rewatch should recreate file after re-run of watch

  • Run rescript watch
  • All files compiled, stop the process.
  • Remove a compiled .res.mjs file
  • Restart rescript watch
  • The removed file is not recreated!

This is the case with bsb and sounds like a bug to me.
