Command rescript init is not listed in rescript help.

As of rescript 9.1.4 the rescript init command is not listed in help, which can be a bit confusing for beginners.

Is this duplicate of #5145 which is already resolved?

Yes. And the init subcommand is removed in ReScript 11 with #5685 in favor of https://github.com/rescript-lang/create-rescript-app.
