H.264 video sometimes stutters when crossing segment boundaries in Firefox

Specifically on Linux Firefox v130.0, installed from the Flatpak.

Open bbb_video_avc_frag.mp4 in the Web Viewer, and observe a stutter around 12.5s. This has not been reproduced on any other platform/browser combination.

Our investigation (that's, @jprochazk 's ;-)) so far yielded no workaround on our side. The next step is to file this against Firefox and link to that issue from here

@jprochazk might be worth another look. I found that browsers got quite a bit better since we last did an extensive round of testing
