Rolling time series sometimes get stuck on hover
Describe the bug See video (I am not clicking / dragging the timeseries to stop it, only double clicking it to get it rolling again), happening twice at 0:08 and 0:18.

To Reproduce Not sure how easy it is to reproduce this. But the rosbag example often has this issue (not merged yet). Seems to happen when hovering. Often takes two double click tries to get it rolling again.
This happened multiple times on two different computers. So I don't think it is just my mouse clicking randomly. However, it doesn't happen always.

- OS: Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 20.04
