CompressedDepth decoding for re_mcap

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. CompressedDepth encoded with RVL does not work with mcap visualization with re_mcap

Describe the solution you'd like Implement CompressedDepth decoding functionality in the compressed_image.rs

Describe alternatives you've considered None

Additional context I already have a working prototype; I would like to use this issue to discuss the scope of a potential PR.

Yeah I think first having an EncodedDepthImage archetype (that mimics EncodedImage) like @oxkitsune proposed makes sense, from that the remaining changes would come more naturally.

I will start implementing the EncodedDepthImage archetype and prepare a PR. I will move the conversation to #9046. Once we merge the EncodedDepthImage archetype we can come back to this issue and prepare a second PR
