How do you set initial share of a tile?

Can't find a way to do this. The Shares struct is private.

I just added for that: https://github.com/mkrueger/egui_tiles/commit/55612762fa724d3ca50e308e8556c5c1df1c67

You can use my fork until egui_tiles gets some more features.
