circulation: the counter of the history tab is not updated
Describe the issue
When an action is performed in circulation, the history tab counter should update. This is not the case.
Context version: v1.6.0
@Garfield-fr Is it on the professional interface, circulation interface?
In the professional interface, the counter stays to 0 if the user is blocked.
In the public interface the counter works.

We have to refresh the page in order to update the history tab counter.
