The shortcuts using a combination with shift are not working with QWERTY or QWERTZ keyboards.

Describe the bug

Using a QWERTY or QWERTZ keyboard (for instance a US layout, or a Swiss (French) layout), the following shorcut do no work:

• shift+/ (with Firefox it opens the quick search, with Chrome it's ok with a QWERTZ, but not with a QWERTY...).
• shift+1 and the other tab shortcuts in the circulation module, patron account tabs.

But shift+' to get the ? is working fine on the QWERTZ (Swiss French) layout.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the professional interface and log in.
2. Try the different shortcuts.

Expected behavior

The shortcuts should work as expected, at least as they are described in the help modal (?).

Tell us on what server did you spotted the issue, using with browser.

• version: v0.14.0
• browser: Firefox, Chrome, Safari

Additional context

In Switzerland, most people are using a QWERTZ variant layout.
