add husky for better collaboration and standard compliance

Description

Working together effectively requires standards to be applied frictionless. To accomplish that every major project uses auto-fixing as a standard today, however not every user and often even the maintainers do not use auto-fixers and don't actually stick to their own standards.

This pull request is a production setup of us that we use in all our projects to setup husky, to automatically apply code style rules on every commit. It is optimized to be fast and only apply on actually edited files.
