Extraneous "You are not authorized to access this resource" message

Describe the bug "You are not authorized to access this resource" message flashes when non-root admin user loads admin dashboard.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a user group with all permissions except for manage:system
  2. Add a user to the group
  3. Sign in with the user
  4. Click -> Administration
  5. Observe red message flashed

Expected behavior This message does not appear

why bother with adding admin user without system privileges? you have a dedicated admin group, so creating another group is pointless unless it's just for the sake of breaking stuff or QA testing.

I have the same problem, but my group only can manage pages and users (nothing from administration). What would be desirable is to list the number of pages, users and groups, as well as the wikijs version, without showing the error.
