Trouble installing Wiki.js on Server 2016 using powershell

Question Trouble installing wiki.js for the first time. following errors. image

Downloaded and installed all prerequisites. (node,Mongo,Git) I feel like I'm just missing a step somewhere.

OS: Server 2016 Wiki.js version: 1.0.117
