[bug] 使用VPN或Clash等软件时，经常出现CPU占用过高，导致鼠标卡死

Describe the bug 使用VPN或Clash软件，会遇到CPU占用过高问题 可能的重现方式：

  1. 切换VPN网络/Clash节点
  2. 停启用代理等

估计是因为请求循环回路了，最好排除Reqable不走VPN。

这个我就不知道了。不使用VPN或Clash等软件的时候，是否会CPU很高呢？

我目前是开clash开tun mode，不开系统代理，reqable不开系统代理。 通过各种方法，比如浏览器的smartproxy扩展，将流量代理至reqable。 这样可以正常访问互联网且不会造成回环。

话说最简单一劳永逸的办法还是路由器翻墙。。

能在上游控制那当然是更好的。
