[bug] adb方式安装证书没有反应

之前可以使用adb安装证书，但是每次重启会掉 问题同 https://github.com/reqable/reqable-app/issues/1921

现在无法通过adb安装证书 问题同 https://github.com/reqable/reqable-app/issues/1822

当我尝试将.0文件到证书目录下 并赋予644权限 桌面端上显示证书已经安装 但是apk端显示证书没有安装

以上均是几台有root权限设备会出现的问题
