[feature] Websocket调试功能

希望可以像onRequest和onResponse一样 有两个方法来捕获websocket数据 onWebsocketRequest和onWebsocketResponse 可以打印websocket请求信息和响应信息，并可以主动send数据

如果可以，后续希望可以开通一个市场功能，里面有众多脚本等

很需要这个功能 websocket信息是加密的 希望可以通过脚本自定义解密并显示
