[feature] 集合面板左侧栏新增滚动条及悬浮展示

当在集合面板下，如果有多级菜单，会看不全接口的名称 1.希望鼠标悬浮在接口名字上时能显示全称 2.希望下方有个滚动条可以拖动查看接口名称
