[bug] 右键导出HAR提示"打开保存目录失败"

@MegatronKing 抱歉忘了追加回复。目前还是有这个问题，刚打开reqable是能正常保存的，第二天再尝试就提示"打开保存目录失败"了，这个情况是必现的。

之前尝试过重装reqable也是一样的情况。刚想升级到2.33.8，提示"无法启动安装程序，请手动安装"，需要在任务管理器kill掉进程才能正常安装。

系统：Win 11 23H2
