Fix documentation link

In the Usage section of the app page, the following text is present:

See https://docs.github.com/en/rest/reference/repos#update-a-repository for all available settings.

However, that link does not redirect to the current URL for that documentation content, so the user is not taken to the right place. The URL should instead be: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/repos/repos?apiVersion=2022-11-28#update-a-repository.
