Unable to reselect zoom range after clicking on the same spot twice

Please include the steps to reproduce the bug.

1. Select the same position on a ramp for the zoom range.
2. Trying to select a new zoom range does not work.

Refreshing the page fixes the issue.

What was expected to happen?

User should be able to select a new zoom range as usual.

What actually happened? Please include a screenshot of the output.
