Selected range on ramp does not translate correctly to dates in zoom view

Please include the steps to reproduce the bug.

1. On a ramp, select a tight range around a commit. The zoom view sometimes do not include the commit.
2. Select a range that touches the edge. The zoom view usually does not include the end dates.

This happens more often when "trim timeline" is enabled.

What was expected to happen?

When the selected range on the on the ramp shows that a commit is within the range, we expect that commit to be within the zoom range. By extension, we assume the selected points convert to dates proportionally to the width of the ramp.

What actually happened? Please include a screenshot of the output.

Even though the commit is clearly within the selected range on the left, it is not included in the zoom view on the right.

Similarly, even though the selected range reaches the end of the ramp, the zoom date range does not include the end date.
