Add plugin to perform visual testing with cypress

What feature(s) would you like to see in RepoSense? Testing to prevent visual regressions.

Is the feature request related to a problem? Cypress is unable to test for visual regressions as stated here

If implemented, we can catch problems such as regressions to #1584

Additional context

The cypress documentation recommends cypress-plugin-snapshots but other plugins may be better.

This is a very low priority feature, I don't expect this to be done soon.

Hi @LuoZhijie-tom, this issue is still open but it might be a little difficult for new contributors. Perhaps I can suggest to work on other tasks suitable for contributors instead?
