Collapse preconditions methods feature not working

If Test have PASSED status, then collapse preconditions methods feature are removing Test too.

If Test have FAILED status, all working correctly

The feature works correctly. We will rework a tooltip with a description. For your case, you can use a link from the All launches page in order to open the correct list with items. @VolhaKarenko could you please add a task for improving tool tip
