Add repository contacts

There are a lot of people among Repology contributors which are affiliated with repositories Repology parses. I'd like to have a complete list of them, to have contact points for the cases of issues, questions and suggestions related to specific repository support.

Not sure where I should put them. Repository config? docs/? GH wiki?

When it's in the Repository config, it can also be shown in the webapp and users know where to report problems with packages, like wrong metadata or outdated packages.

But maybe people don't want their contact info publicly on the internet.
