Add debian security repos

The Debian security team published fixed packages via a security.debian.org. These security repositories are usually configured on Debian systems. Repology should fetch them, too to be able to correctly identifies possible updates / the newest version. With Debian 11 / Bullseye the suite is no longer $codename/updates but $codenames-security.
