Update Arch packagelinks to package homepage

With new features related to per-source links and generated packagelinks, we may improve Arch packagelinks and provide direct links to package pages as opposed to search page. Here's how direct page looks like:

https://archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/abletonlink/

Special handling is needed for

• community part which comes from subrepo name, but is not directly mapped - we may use archrepo filter for it, or (better) specify per-source packagelinks.
• x86_64 part which comes from package arch, which is currently disabled. We may enable it at least for arch family repositories
