Robust transliteration of numbers with "."

Hi - this is somewhat not a clear bug: It translates/transliterates german numbers, which means decimal points like "." are not allowed, i.e. not supported. Try 106,5 for a change. This should work. I think this is more of an enhancement or more robust handling needed to find out about "irregular" or "illegal" numbers (in this way, the dot is just removed and the 106.5 becomes 1065 as it reads).
