Create project command

Hi there, Is it possible to do something like composer create-project ....? If I do this currently it gets the old packages that were on packagist but not the latest version. When I do composer require it is getting the latest version so that is working. Perhaps I'm missing something else.. 🤔

Hi, Did you use the --repository= option? I tried to reproduce this error, but our instance installs the latest version of the package.
