Change General to Configuration

  • Changes General in settings to Configuration since it better defines what the tab is for.
  • Also changed the const name generalSettings to repluggedSettings because these contains both the advanced and general settings for replugged
  • Added a header on setting page since it doesn't just say General anymore
  • Added new i18n string for Configuration with key REPLUGGED_CONFIGURATION
