No loading message during big github clones

Expected behavior

Ship shows some information when loading resources from github, like it does for "docker" operations.

Actual behavior

No information is shown, just a loader.

• Ship version: 0.39.0
• Command line run: ship init github.com/shipapps/cert-manager

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Run init command above
2. navigate to step 2
