kotsadm: ability to opt-in to routing public images through proxy.replicated.com
Right now kotsadm will pull private images through proxy.replicated.com, but public images (e.g. those in docker hub) will be pulled from the public internet.
If possible, it would be great to be able to opt-in at the application or instance level to pulling all public images through proxy.replicated.com, to minimize the number of holes that might be need to be poked in a firewall to get image pulls working.
@marccampbell let me know what else you need on this, happy to take a stab at a proposal but I'm guessing there are folks who are more familiar with these code paths that could put together a better one than I could 🙂
