Instruqt Labs: We should have the Shell (kubernetes-vm) on every lab where the user may need the credentials

During Checkmarx training someone was logged out of Vendor Portal but did not have the credentials to log in. This happened during the Preflights lab

I don't disagree, but I don't think kubernetes-vm should be the available shell on every lab. I think working directly on the node should be the exception rather than the rule.

Also, I'm curious if we can use variables in the teaser field or the text like we can when specifying the tabs. That might solve this in an elegant way.

I initially tried that, but the replacement didn't work in the markdown for me. But agreed that ideally it should be in the instructions and not a terminal window.
