Active status & maintainers ?

Hi, great library. Thank you for the hard work.

Its seems there is not much activity in the last year. It would be helpful I think to know:

1. Is this still in active development
2. Is there a road map to achieve if so
3. Do you need maintainers
4. If you do, what is the process of being a maintainer, and do you have time to support maintainers on board

Maybe it's time for us to migrate to hadolint, looks like Super-Linter has also done a corresponding migration.
