Animate the seed scribble

This is an attempt to animate the scribbles. It works but it's very slow.

@erbridge @mattt this is very low-priority, but if you have thoughts on how to speed this up, please share. Otherwise I'll probably drop this and move on.

This would take a lot of work to get right, and looks like an uphill battle to get something performant based on the way react-sketch-canvas is storing path data. Probably not work the effort. Closing.
