Quiet Outline theme issues: top area with black dots has low contrast in dark theme, need to click once to display

I found two issues with the Quiet Outline theme applied to Quiet Outline plugin:

I need to click once to display the actual content:

Even after doing so, the top area show levels with black dots has low contrast on dark theme:

Reinstalled Quiet Outline 0.4.3, macOS Image

Looks fine here? What OS?

Also make sure Obsidian Installer Version is recently up to date. If the installer version is too far behind, some CSS features are missing. To fix this install Obsidian again from the installer - the self-update does not update Electron
