Slic3r Prusa settings missing

I am running version Repetier Host for Mac 1.1.0 and using Slic3r PE 1.41.3 to do the slicing. I have Slic3r PE selected as the slicer to use under the Slic3r Executable setting, however, when I go to the Slic3r tab in the GUI all my settings are missing.

Mac version is for original Slic3r. Slic3r PE uses different storage directory and also has different command line parameter so chances are good that it won't even call it correctly.
