Better integration with git plugin

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, I am asked to rename files/images every single time my git plugin does a pull. Its very frustrating as it causes merge conflicts on the daily when I switch between machines.

Describe the solution you'd like The easiest solution I can see is linking a remote git repository so that when files are pulled from the repository they can be ignored by the paste-image-rename plugin.
