Sometimes file link isn't renamed after the image file is renamed.

While the plugin always successfully renames the pasted image file, sometimes, the file link isn't renamed. This causes a broken link. (Then I will have to find the image manually, which is very annoying.)

To Reproduce This is happening randomly, sometimes after pasting the image, it just fails to be renamed. (I have not been able to reproduce this in sandbox so far.) ( This is my settings)

Expected behavior Image link is renamed with the file, displaying the image correctly.

I can reproduce this if I paste 2 or more images at the same time.

Same here, when I paste 2 or more images, the file links all get inserted but only the last file link has the correct file name. The other file links point to the original file names (see screenshot)
