Refill when using item on blocks

Hey so when i use item on a block like a sieve for example the stack doesnt refill. when i place block it refills so i dont know if this is a planned feature like it was in the orginal mod or if this is forgotten about. would love to se this added either way :)

Also when sorting in the orginal mod it filled the stack in the hotbar if you hade extra in your inventory. also dont know if this is forgotten but would love to see it added aswell, maybe optional but this available
