ox_Lib , ox_inventory for more features.

just wanted to see if this may interest some devs.

im looking to add ox_lib to make the resource more optimise in terms of threading and calbacks.

will utilise zones ,callbacks, notify, textui, context menu or more. ( this will made ox_lib as depedency)

and for ox_inventory ( optional dependency ) we can add vehicle parts as items using metadata. eg. engine, paint , mod upgrades etc..

and when using inventory i can open more features in this resource like engine building, with advanced crafting sucha pistons, intakes etc as a requirements.

downside later commits will need this 2 resource ox_lib and ox_inventory. far better instead utilise my notifyn contextmenu poopuis etc..
