Can't get cursor back after closing the examples using Ctrl-C or Ctrl-D in SSH session

When in an SSH session, after closing one of the example programs using Ctrl-C or Ctrl-D, I don't get a cursor back.

It's like the earlier issue, but only when working in an SSH session.

Only after closing the SSH session, does the terminal behave as normal.
