Reproduce baselines in Tables 2 and 3

Hi, great paper and thanks for open sourcing the code. I am trying to reproduce Tables 2 and 3. Can you share the code you used for the neural predictor with GCN? In the caption in Table 3, it mentions that you implemented the neural predictor. Thanks!
