NMF on gene expression data

I am trying to use your NMF R package on biological data for the purpose of deconvolving gene expression data. I would like to run nmf() on an expression matrix of approximately 100 individuals and would like to force the columns of coef matrix to sum up to one, i.e. the proportions of the cell types in the mixture should sum up to one for each individual sample. How would I be able to do that with NMF? Much thanks for your help.
