NMF with binary data?

Dea authors, thanks for the nice implementation of the algorithm. Is there any issue in applying NMF to binary data? I read in http://www.scitepress.org/DigitalLibrary/Link.aspx?doi=10.5220/0005614805550563 that logistic NMF is more appropriate, but it does not seem to be implemented in the package. Thanks in advance for the reply.
