Laravel Octane Support (2023)
A pleasant day to you, @rennokki .
I was hesitant at first on using your ElasticBeanstalk configs but after getting tired of doing it half-assedly, so I just decided to do a leap of faith with your configs. It was the best decision ever! 💯 Thanks a lot! 🤝
I now have working queued jobs and cron jobs! I also managed to finally make the Laravel Horizon work using your configs! 🥇
After realizing how awesome your current configs are, I'm sure you have also thought of adding Laravel Octane configs before they release Laravel 10 this month. I've read a tweet from Otwell and I believe the dust has settled with the Laravel Octane side of things.
I am actually just curious about Laravel Octane and haven't considered it till I read his tweet. I mean I have read about it before (tons of articles actually) but I have no idea how to make it work in production so I lost interest in it.
Hopefully, you'll reconsider putting Laravel Octane on your already awesome EB configs. If yes, I'll gladly help in testing it on a dummy project. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge! You rock! 🎸
