Incorrect stars are rendered in control panel for viewing feedback

Stars in control panel for viewing feedback in the table are not shown correctly. There are rendered incorrect stars. If you want to have correct stars in control panel for viewing feedback, you can change the equation on the line 203 in file feedback.php to if ($membertype['feedbacks'] <= $arrfeed['rate_sum']) {.
